Beautiful property and quiet! The staff is really nice and helpful!
I wanted to take a moment to express how much I enjoy living here. It truly is beautiful, Ky in the office is so nice and helpful she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The maintenance team deserves recognition for their hard work. They do a fantastic job keeping the property well-maintained. I love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.
Landlords special. If you continue to stay they raise the rent every lease signing. You'll end up paying over 1,100 to cover the "remodel" of the other apts not yours. No assigned parking so people staying in a 1 bedroom with 7 other people not on lease will take your parking spaces there's no handicap parking or access. Nobody picks up the dog 💩 and there's no fish in the pond. There's multiple cars that are broken down in the parking lot. It will flood if there's too much rain.
