Homes are mostly unfinished when you move in. Making payments can only be made by paying for money orders and dropping them at a UPS store on MoPac. I can't get a person on the phone to discuss alternate options. There is no email that gives a response. No office listed simply the location to pay rent. I have been in my lease for 6 months and I can't get a response to replacing the locks. Or broken window. Or unusable shower. I might as well be a homeowner with how much I have been paying in repairs.

Where do I start? I lived in a duplex for over three years and and was never late on rent once. The place was old and falling apart literally. My deposit was $1300 and thought I would at least be getting half of my deposit back if not more but I thought wrong. First of all, I had to call after 30 days asking about my deposit and they had to ask me which property I was in again! Very poor organized management and to make matters worse. When I moved into the duplex the whole place needed repainted and new carpet and the grass was a foot tall. I managed to do some repairs myself, brought some things up to code. I never really liked my place but I was looking for something quickly and it was fine. While I was a tenant the company was fine. I always paid my rent on time and one time when the mail took too long to get my check to them, they were very understanding and didn't charge me a late fee.
