The 24 hr result in your email advertisement is not true :( Very poor customer service, cannot call the office or the phone number advertised to request for a copy of your result just goes to a voicemail - no live person to assist you nobody calls you back very very disappointed as we need our results a week ago :(
Worst testing site ever. They make false advertisements about a 24 hr test and customer service is non-existent. It has been a month and now they are "temporarily closed" and I still never received my results.
