Worst company EVER!!!!!!!!!! they installed a hest pump on my rental property a little while ago and when it broke, they told me that the manufacturer wouldn't warranty the part. The quote was $5k to replace the unit and they urged me to do it rignt away as their schedule was filling up. I engaged another company and they diagnosed the problem correctly and had the part covered under warranty!!!! I have been a customer of Bridgeman Plumbing for over 15 years and have always received sound advice with prompt and effective service, including same day service for a leaking hot water tank. Most recently I was looking for a heat pump mini split installation and their quote was the lowest one received. The installers were friendly, polite and efficient, focused on providing the best solution for me. We are delighted with our new heat pump and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Once used their service few years back and they spammed my email recently. BP Tech came by and talked for 30 min why they can't do the job (need more time and $$$) and charged about $300. Gaslight tech ask me to send them a photo and came once fixed the issue for $200 and help me claimed warranty.
