I've used these guys multiple times for big and small projects. They've plumbed my house with Gas, as well as installed my heat pump. Even if there was an issue these guys have come the next day to make things right. Chris, and Ryan and the whole crew are stand up guys, and I'd happily call them again for future work.
We had Bridgeman install a heat pump, furnace & hot water on demand 3 years ago for about $18,000. After a few service calls the repair person finally found the control board in furnace was faulty. This caused a lack of hot water for showers for the past 3 years & the furnace fan to run continually. We were charged last week for a new control board & servicing for $957. plus a credit card fee. Excellent crew gas fitters are top-notch venting and plumbers are excellent you get what you pay for with these guys so if you can afford it make sure you fold these guys because they are number one
They maintained the hot water on demand (HWOD) system we have last year but refused to maintain it this year because they don’t like the brand which is a Noritz. Our system is running great, I called Bridgeman last year for a routine maintenance and they came and service it with no problem, however, I called yesterday for them to come and do the same routine maintenance to insure the system keeps operating at the same level and Steve flat out said no as soon as I told him it’s a Noritz, even though they stuck their label on ... read more
