Move in process was super easy, office staff and maintenance is incredibly helpful and kind.
I have lived at Bridgelight for 3 years, and in that time we have had 4 property managers and the only consistency has been never being able to get a hold of any of them. the real issues started when moving out, superficially inflated cleaning fees to be $1 more than the security deposit, after a very thorough cleaning prior to move out. Final bill is run through a third party so cant even dispute anything, kept my deposit and then charged for the mail to send me my $1 balance.
