My review keeps getting removed. All the negative reviews hit it on the head. Corporate Greed fuels this company.
I would give 0 if i could. Everything left in the review by El Cohete and more. Been on the same medication for years and no insurance company has ever had an issue, all of a sudden my current employer switches to these bozos to save cash for their share holders and denied my coverage. Acted all nice to start, even said we would take care of you no issues when having to do all the pre auth bs. Then deny deny deny once it starts. Love their Glassdoor reviews say run far far away. Trancarent’s service was excellent from the beginning till the end .
The medications I've been on for years now require prior authorization for "medical necessity". Clowns. Absolute Clowns. I reached out to the live representative and all they could do was confirm it required prior authorization. No help whatsoever. If your employer forces this garbage company on you, RUN
