I used Bridgecrap to finance 2 cars through Carvana. Love Carvana, but will never use Bridgecrap again!! Paid off both vehicles and had overpayments on both because they took a normal monthly payment out on top of my final. Called 4 times to get my overpayment and got a different excuse as to why it was taking so long. Finally talk to a manager who told me that what the 4 other agents told me was not correct. Do not get a auto loan that has anything to do with these people cause if life happens they don't care they will charge you x amount of dollars daily of interested for every day if you ever fall on hard time and get behind
Customers must be aware that bridgecrest does not allow u to keep your car in case someone totals your vehicle. Even if u pay them your salvage value. So be ware that you can loose your car and start all over because of someone else's mistake.
My experience with Bridgecrest has been extremely stressful and disappointing. The hardest people to work with. They will blow up your phone and then when you call they will tell you to call back to complete your request. It is so frustrating
