I bought a car on 08/2023. I was rear-ended on 12/26/23. The car was deemed a total loss, and the nightmare started. Bridgecrest is the worse company in the US. They wouldn't start my GAP claim until they got the payoff check from the insurance company. They took forever to apply it to my account. I had to provide most of the documents to the GAP company. I'm a little concerned about this company, since i just got a car loan thru them. Im very happy with my car, and it has only 47k miles on it. I believe communication is important, and if you make your payments on time thru auto-pay i dont see the prob I've had honda motor credit, and other auto places, that ive dealt with in past and they were fine and understand if you need to push a payment ahead a few days, for hardships, - life happens i get it. This place is a complete joke. They are absolutely worse the state that they report your credit every 30 days but it appears they reported whenever the hell they feel like it will never work with this damn company again they're garbage!
Scammers…I would recommend finding a different lender. A 19,000 car looking like I’m about to be paying 35,000 how much interest these bastards charge. Worst mistake in my life looking someone to refinance through.
I paid off my car loan over two months ago. Bridgecrest is apparently so poorly-run and understaffed that they didn't do anything despite me calling them numerous times and asking for them to send me the title that I rightfully own. After harassing them for two months simply in order to get them to perform their basic job functions, finally now they say they have sent my title to the DMV for some sort of approval, and it's now out of their hands and they don't know how much longer (it's already been two months!) it will be ... read more

My kids are going back to school and I just needed one payment moved to the the end of my loan. I have made 33 payments on time and I asked for one thing. When I called bridgecrest the rep Tara informed me that I would need to cancel my auto payment and wait for my payment to be past due. Horrible company to deal with as I changed jobs and my pay dates changed. Tried 2x's to get my payment date changed without success. The 1st time they said, that it would be reviewed and an email would be sent out to me. That I had 48hrs to verify and e-sign the document. The email came a week later and because my payment was now due they declined the change. Never ever do business with them! During the pandemic I got my hours cut at my job to 1-2 days a week. I’ve tried talking to multiple people with them to try and work something out with them and explain my situation to them to see if they would work with through this till everything got situated at work and told them I can still make payments they just won’t be the full amount since I’m barley working right now.
