Terrible company. They do not work with you. Can’t pay towards principal on app. You have to call and they will put you on hold for over 20 minutes hoping you will hang up. Could not pay off loan with my credit card, a much lower APR. Their business model is to loan money at a high APR, which is understandable, make it very difficult to get out of and play the long game. After making every payment on time for the past four years, I finally needed help just once. I asked if I could defer one payment and have it added to the end of my loan. Instead of offering assistance, I was told I would first have to become 30 days past due. I’m not willing to intentionally damage my credit just to qualify for help. This company is the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately Drive Time uses them as default. Moved out of state in May 2026. They do (ELT) electronic title. They don’t want to print it and send you the title. They do everything they can to make it not happen. Called (so-called) customer support 8 times now. Everytime you call, they change the information needed or paperwork they require to complete the process. Asked for a supervisor. Response was “I don’t have a supervisor”???? Really. DO NOT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Refusing to send my title to the dmv for registration. It's been 6 monthsand the customer service doesn't actually send request or help in any way. Current taking legal action.
