One star is honestly too generous. We paid off our car loan in full, and yet Bridgecrest has made getting a copy of our car title an unnecessarily frustrating experience. You would think that once a customer has fulfilled their financial obligation, the company would have the basic courtesy and professionalism to provide the documentation needed to prove it. Bottom of the barrel subprime lender. Requested to extend my payment to next week due to some unforeseen circumstances and was basically told that I needed to plan more accordingly and that if I didn’t make the payment, my car would be repossessed, even if I make it next week and make the other payment this month. After repossessing our car, we called and paid the full amount with an ACH payment which they said would be perfectly fine. Then later with another representative said they’d still be keeping our car for 5 to 7 days for the payment to fully process. We are suing if not given our car back today
This company is a JOKE! They don’t care about their customers- it shows in the way they deal with them- I am going to tell everyone I know who will listen my horror story with them - buyer beware !!!
