I run a local home services business, and I have done numerous jobs on properties managed by Tony and his team. They are great to work with. I always look forward to working with Bridge City Property Management.
Horrible, horrible, horrible! This company previously had managed 2 of our properties. We terminated our contract after 1-year because Tony Forhan had sub-par accounting practices and didn't take care of our properties well. Sure, he talks the talk and sounds nice enough, but if you want your investment properties to be well cared for and accounting accuracy done well, then this is NOT the company for you. Tony is unprofessional. He will, yes and you to get what he want and then forget about what you've talked about as soon as it doesn't benefit him. I moved and I had 2 months left of my lease when I did. (Becauae the place has uncomfortable mold and mice every year.)As a favor I moved the rest of my stuff out nearly 3 weeks early so he could put a new tenant in the unit. Tony has been an incredible property manager. On multiple occasions, he has helped accommodate my unique needs and situation. Without him, I wouldn't have been able to find my home in Portland! I can't recommend Bridge City Properties enough.
As my rental property was more difficult due to it being a fully furnished property and me living on site in the ADU, I respected Tony’s ability to find tenants compatible with my needs.
