This has been the worst year of my life. The apartment complex does not act when people play heavy bass music all night or when secondhand smoke comes into your apartment from the neighbors below you. For a year I've had to deal with cigarette smoke coming into my open windows. Since January 2020 I've had issues with the neighbors playing music. The new owner guy is so rude.. jumped up rent by 120 a month says its because a stupid rain tax and state increase im sure its not costing 120 per apt per month to cover that tax. When i asked what we can negotiate with an year and half renter that paid rent on time everytime he basically said nothing and that i can give him a 30day notice anytime and gladly will replace us with someone who will pay.
