I walked in and inquired about schedules and classes since I will be new to cross fit, Justin answered all my questions, and suggested i take the 3 FREEday trail. Long story short I signed up for the 3 day trial. Justin and fellow gym members where friendly an very help full and push you to better as well as help you with proper form. Great box and a great location, being just off the bridge is very convenient. All the guys and gals here are really nice and welcome newcomers.
