The BSTR is a great spot and boasts a terrific, cozy atmosphere. Aaron, our waiter, was beyond exceptional; polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. The tap list and drink offerings, for alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were plentiful and the picks all had great variety and appeal. My beer was perfectly poured, at the best temperature, and was flavorful. The food...THE FOOD! Simply outstanding. Thank you for a great evening and expect us back many times, in fact, we will become regulars.

Delicious food and beers! Great, hardy soups (cheddar) and sandwiches. Hand tossed personal pizzas are a perfect meal. Make sure you try the smoked whitefish sausage! Its amazing.

Service was very so slow but the wait was worth it. They were really understaffed considering it the Applefest weekend. They could have used more waitstaff...several people walked out because no one came to take their orders and some customers were waited on before others who had been waiting. BUT, the Naan pizza was delivered piping hot and fully cooked. It was delicious.
So. Good. After a wedding in town, my buddy and I wanted to grab a beer and something to eat. This was far better than we had expected to find. A great variety of Michigan brews on tap and an incredible menu. Try the cheesecake, it was delicious! And he loved his sriracha aioli spread on his sandwich. Highly recommended!
