Good reviews once. Bad review now. I know that all business like to hear when things are doing good and not always when customers are unhappy. So what happened this last Monday, July 10? We live on Lake Charlevoix & friends came to visit from Sturgeon Bay. We wanted them to experience a good meal at the Bridge Street Tap Room. It did NOT happen. We have been at the Tap Room before with our kids & gr. children,(2016 Venetian) on the outside area. Beautiful day, great waitress, good food and great beer! Since then Jim & I stopped in during the evening (April, 2017). Again, great staff, great music (guitar player) variety of music...even the 50's. Next time up, we will be stopping in again! Thank you!

I took my father here for his 88th birthday on Father's Day. The sandwiches were excellent, but service was a bit slow. The guitarist was wonderful. When another guest offered to buy my dad a beer for his birthday neither of the waiters did anything to help honor that request. It was very awkward. The guitar player was the most personable staff there. Yes, I will go back. The location overlooking Round Harbor is great.

We apologize that the service was slower than expected, as for the beer for your father we are sure it was a miscommunication between the patron and the server. Still no excuse and we apologize for that. We also love our view over Round Lake and bring you father back for his 89th birthday and we will personally buy him 2 beers!
Good Size Pizza..ingredients and toppings have a lot of flavor..it's my favorite pizza and the drink Rich-a-rita tastes great :)
We had a good time and food was Awesome! Friendly service! Was a great dinner night out!
Every time we're in Charlevoix we stop here. Great food, wonderful, unique beer selection, and excellent service. The view is also pretty amazing. We love this place!
