I cannot say enough good things about Hope B. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She helped guide us through the application process so smoothly and made what could have been a very stressful time feel calm and manageable. Her understanding and compassion truly meant the world to us. Hope was an absolute blessing, and it’s rare to find someone who treats people with such love and respect. Highly recommend!
Our manager Hope is awesome. Anytime I've had an issue its always gotten resolved in a timely manner. Shes done tons of stuff to communitize our community. Got a playground and dog park put in and a grill pit. I'm begging for a pool or community room🤞. The contests she does for the holidays are really fun. She does back to school parties for all the kids who live here and hands out school suppies. I can't say that I've really had any issues living here. Scheduled an appointment to come in and try and get a place and everything went well. She had ended up calling me to come sign a paper but I had something come up and couldn't make it and now she isn’t calling me back of answering my calls. I paid $175 in a money order for the application fee and part of the security deposit. I also tried calling Scioto Woods cause they are basically joined by the same company and they wont answer my calls either. So basically both places are a complete scam.
I will say Hope is fantastic! She works with you when you communicate with her. Frank the maintenance guy is fantastic. I love the fact that anytime I need something done Hope and Frank are right on it. I love the fact that they are trying to make this a better community. I love that they have updated things. My kids and I feel safe being in this community. We enjoy the new grill and picnic table and the park and the fact that they also have a dog park.
