Dr. Norris and his staff are so kind. I have taken my dogs to him for several years and he always takes the time to make both me and them comfortable with what is happening. What prompted this post however is that my oldest dog passed away recently and rather suddenly. Dr. Norris sent me a sympathy card with a personal note included. I cannot express how touched I was by that gesture. I'm an older person and I have loved and lost other animal companions, but no other veterinarian has ever sent any sympathy card.
Made an appointment and was in within 30 minutes. Not the cheapest, but never tried to sell me anything. Complementary leashes for use, free treats for dogs and humans. Clean, courteous, and kind. I'll be coming here from now on.
I have been taking my cats to Dr. Norris for about 9 years. He once saved a cat of mine I had taken in to be put to sleep because I thought there was no hope for him. Dr. Norris offered to keep him, work with his medical problems to see if it was possible to save him without the very expensive surgery I was told he had to have. After one week, he called me to tell me Jack was ready to come home!
