RecommendedDr. Norris is the best. Started going to him with our fur babies over 25 years ago. We moved from the area after all those years and to this very day we still cannot find a Vet. good enough for our babies. He is so caring of all his fur patients. If you are looking for a Veterinarian, look no further. Dr. Norris and his staff are amazing! They love what they do and it shows. I have never felt rushed in any appointment. They take the time to answer all of your questions and you can leave the office confident your pet is well taken care of. You will not be disappointed.
We adopted our puppy Lucy in February and have been using Dr. Norris and his team since her first wellness appointment and will continue to use them as long as we are close to them! The staff is friendly and promptly got Lucy in for a same day visit when she was sick. Dr. Norris has excellent bedside manner and is very patient with nervous, first time puppy parents with many questions. The office is always very clean. Big huge XOXO's to Bridge Street Animal Hospital, through all of my dachshund LuLu's neck problems they have been so supportive and caring. Randomly calling to check and see how she is doing and they seem to truly care about how she is feeling. I couldn't ask for a better vet than Dr. Norris and his staff!! Not only do they care, but they are also super affordable not out just to make $$. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great team!!
Can I just say I am amazed at Dr. Norris and his staff at Bridge Street Animal Clinic? Mulligan was seen there about four weeks ago for a hard, marble sized lump under his left eye that was helped with 10 days of antibiotics. It popped up again last week and he was put on another round of AB's. Suzanne just called to check on him, and since there has been minimal improvement he's scheduled for sedation to do a series of x-rays next week. Why would this vet hand a microchipped lost dog over to someone besides its owner? Poor decision!
I have been Taking my animals to Dr. Norris since 1988! I highly recommend this place. Everyone is top notch! They treat you and your 4 legged friends like family! Thank you once again Dr. Norris!
