I am a current tenant that moved in March of 2026. Since moving in I have had nothing but issues with this property. Neighbors smoking weed outside, dogs constantly barking and crying all hours of the night, trash all over outside of the dumpster with a visible raccoon rummaging through it during the day. There are a large amount of snakes around the property one living under the front door panel or the property I stay in, I just killed a wasps nest earlier forming by my door. good place, always in calm, any problems, ms Orga always ready for everythings
We were living here for 2 years and we never had major problems in these apartments with neighbors or the manager. Ms Olga was very nice to us whenever we needed maintenance at the apartment she would take care of it ASAP
