My husband and I rented a property that was managed/maintained by Bridge Residential. They were efficient, kind, and quick to respond to any maintenance issues. The staff was extraordinarily swift and courteous to answer any questions.

We live over 800 miles from our Fort Worth property and turned over management of our rental property (and former home) to Bridge ten years ago and have had a most successful and pleasant business relationship ever since. We recently sold the property and they (Angie) took care of that entire process as well. In the ten years or our relationship, our property was only empty for two months, we never had an issue with the tenants they found and placed, and I cannot imagine it going any more smoothly. Bridge Residential managed the property I resided in for a year, and they were wonderfully courteous, flexible when I needed them to be, and always available. I only needed maintenance's assistance once, for an AC service, and they were there within 24 hours. Cheryl, Erica, and the rest of the employees in the office were always a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend any property they manage, particularly Heritage House, where I resided.
