I am filing a formal complaint regarding my experience with Ms. Lori Grafing, a realtor with Bridge Realty. Her conduct was deeply unprofessional and concerning. Ms. Grafing first tried to court me as a client, but after I chose a different realtor, her behavior became retaliatory and inappropriate. Absolute worst experience with Adam Rein. He really loves to make promises he can’t keep and gaslights clients. Never use him and do not ever trust a realtor who tells you an inspection isn’t necessary because the homeowner bought a one year warranty on appliances. That doesn’t do a damn thing when there are major plumbing and electrical issues! Do your research and don’t use this discounted realtor.
