RecommendedRobert and his agents all seemed as if they truly cared about us and not about just doing a house deal! We worked with another brokerage before finding Bridge Realty and the difference is truly amazing! Bridge covered so much more on paperwork and sharing information all the way from listing to closing and even beyond! If you are looking for a real estate agency you cannot go wrong with Bridge realty.
I waited for my first appointment and Cate didn't show up and later contacted me on messenger with an excuse. so I figured oh, okay it was a credible excuse and we made an appointment for the week after which was this past Wednesday at 11 a.m. and she didn't show up again or even bothered to message me even after I messaged her three times to find out why I was blown off again. I would never recommend her or this Realty Company. I'm sure this review will be deleted soon.
Horrible experience. Agent was unprofessional, couldn't show us houses most of the time and we were pressured into buying a house we weren't ready for because we sold our house immediately. She did NO bargaining on our behalf on either the purchase or the sale. I would NOT recommend using Bridge Realty if you want an agent in your corner for you during this stressful time.
Cate and Robert did an amazing job with our home sale. We had a great offer within 36 hours of our house going on the market. Waco is hot but Bridge Realty is even hotter.
All of the agents with Bridge Realty go above & beyond to help their clients feel special & do the best they can to make each transaction go smoothly!
Things seemed bumpy and uncertain constantly.
Awesome team of Realtors, always willing to go the extra mile!!
