My dog was neutered at Bridge Port in November 2011 as the price was right. But I soon realized why the prices are sooo low, they cut corners and don't explain what you're paying for (or NOT paying for!). They offered an option for "safer anasthetic" at a higher price - what??? I was shocked to learn that they sedate these poor guys when removing their testicles instead of putting them under a full general anasthetic where they don't feel any pain. This clinic is cheap compared to other practices but you get what you pay for. My cat was spayed and her belly was covered in glue. She was vomiting when she came home and the clinic was NOT available for emergency care after-hours as advertised. I went to another clinic near-by where I was told she also had a heart murmur and was dehydrated. I will never return.
Very pleased with the service provided, all staff members were excellent with my dogs, they were easy to talk to and ask questions. Prices were very reasonable.
