Bridgepointe has improved so much in the last few months! The new management has really made a difference. The three ladies in the office are amazing — always friendly, responsive, and great with communication. The new maintenance guy has also done a great job keeping everything running smoothly. The apartments are very cute, and the location is perfect — close to shopping and great food. Rent is very reasonable, and you can tell everyone who works here truly cares and is doing their best. If I could give this place 0 stars I would as the company is absolutely appalling they refuse to work with any one and the apartments are so out dated for the price you can rent an new apartment for the same price . DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!
To be honest it has been very disappointing. We had to move out because of the lack of maintenance we had help in at our apartment. And we were told we wouldn’t have any outstanding fees when moving out and then told we have to pay two months rent at an outrageous amount. The security deposit we gave has disappeared somehow as well. Very disappointed in the lack of trust we have in these complexes. Do not move here. I have lived here over 9 months and I have had an issue every month. When I moved in, I had to change my moving date. I explicitly asked “would it affect my rent” Danielle in the front office said no. My rent went up an additional $100 and they never changed it. They promised they would look into getting it fixed and never did. Second thing was my unit was dirty when I moved in. There were pots, pans, toys, and jewelry from the previous tenants.
