Several meaningless visits with absolutely no explanation. The first time I saw the doctor he didn't explain what was going on and immediately tried to put me on antidepressants that I'd depend on for the rest of my life. No info on side effects, or even on the fact it almost impossible to come off them. The doctor has missed 3 appointments now. One of them i drove 4 hours for. Super annoyed.
Extremely disappointed with everything. With many visits, I couldn't even see the doctor. The PAs run everything. The test results were not explained! very shabby approach to patient care!
Front desk staff are very friendly with nothing but smiles on their faces. They do seem to enjoy working there which is definitely a positive sign. The physician himself helps patients navigate the medical route to receive uninterrupted care.
EXTREMELY long wait times every time I have been here. My doctor is (so far) one hour late to my appointment.
