Front desk staff are very friendly with nothing but smiles on their faces. They do seem to enjoy working there which is definitely a positive sign. The physician himself helps patients navigate the medical route to receive uninterrupted care.
EXTREMELY long wait times every time I have been here. My doctor is (so far) one hour late to my appointment.
An 'urgent' medical neurology referral was finally given out by my doctor. Mom drove me over 30 min there and over an hour back after traffic. They had me fill out very in detail descriptive paperwork intake form questions, proceeded to have me wait over two hours. After three waiting rooms and a long wait after traffic they asked if I would be willing to see an assistant and a student instead of the neurologist I was assigned to. They've always been polite and professional, all staff and front desk have been polite when I visited
This medical clinic is just too loud and noisy from the staff talking about their personal lives. Medical office should be quiet or silent for their patients especially if they have headaches especially their office handles neurology patients.
