This was my first time in Michigan city and I will definitely stay here again! I was on an anniversary trip and the Bridge inn was within 10-15 minuets from everything we wanted to do. We stayed in Suite 8 and the room was set up so nice. It was comfortable and perfect for our stay. Our third night there we ran into severe, tornado weather and the owners were fantastic at getting right back with me over my concerns. 10/10 recommend!!
The room is very clean and cute. The bed is very comfortable as well. However, the standout aspect of this hotel is the service. We accidentally booked the wrong night and once we realized that, we called the hotel and spoke with a gentleman named Justin. He transferred our reservation to the correct night, didn’t charge us anything, and let us check in as early as we wanted. This kind of service is very hard to find nowadays. We will definitely be coming back!
Clean comfortable room, great location, within minutes of shopping and restaurants
First time here, and won't be our last! Rooms were exceptionally clean, all the basic necessities provided and the location is perfect!
