Samantha was great to work with. It was a smooth process. She answered all our questions and was very helpful. We are pretty happy with our rental home. Definitely a 5 stars experience.
We have been renting this home for 3 years now and our experience has been horrible. Samantha is a scam artist. We are currently taking them to court because we have mold on our bathroom ceiling,(they painted over it) our tub overflow cap eroded and disconnected causing water to go into the basement, our floor in the bathroom has a hole going straight to the basement. We utilized the maintenance portal and had people come out to fix stuff, all the contractors say we need a new bathroom, tub, floor, walls, sheetrock. And Sama... read more
It has been a terrible experience. We can never get in touch with Samantha when needed. She doesn't answer her phone and then instead of calling back she will respond by email. With maintenance issues most of the time we are not given a heads up and not asked what times would work for us for them to arrive. Instead a lot of times they are scheduled and we are told we need to be home at a certain time, so then one of us has to take a PTO day from work. Our experience with this property has been deeply disappointing. The home was rented to us in November with only enough heating oil to last about ten days, and the space heaters provided afterward repeatedly tripped the breakers. It took multiple requests before the oil tank was finally filled. Several doors do not open or close properly, and many window locks are either missing or broken. If I could give 0 stars I would I currently live in one of they rental its 4 walls put together that they call a house there is nothing within these 4 walls to call this place a home from missing plug outlets to no AC unit when looking at they properties be careful and look for normal stuff that you would expect to be in a home this place I currently love in is a wear house with wall cause this not no damn house or home its over priced and not worth it when the home is not even setup with basic equipment Don't let them get y... read more
