Very rude, the lady who answers the phone. She lied saying she was going to put me on hold, after saying she can’t find my complex of the address I was giving her. Ended up hanging up on me instead, of putting me on hold to finish try helping me with what I called for. Good for nothing she is, and anybody else who is rude & unprofessional like her
Beware of renting from this company. They rent out their own assets as an investment firm and treat it as such… they’re not homes to them, just numbers on a spreadsheet.
Poor communication!!!! No employee was familiar with my property I was leasing. Theres always a delay with a response using their portal. After submitting a claim to report a leak from the shower that was leaking into the ceiling down stairs in the living room. The owner sent 3 different handyman to attempted multiple times to paint over a leak and not fixed. They stated they were requested by owner to only paint not fix. I have a leak in my kitchen and they sent out someone. My one leak turned into three last night. They send someone out at 5pm ( I already knew they couldn’t be able to fix that late) I asked the technician kindly please do not cut it tonight if you can’t fix it he replied “I just need to take a look at it”. Now it’s multiple leaks! The only thing he said was we’re closed tomorrow (Sunday) we’ll try to get someone out Monday. It’s been over five days of this now!
