This is a typical scam company, they have no problem renting out homes that have mold, electrical and plumbing issues. Property manager Shawn Nelson out of the Houston office , Dont expect him to do the job he was hired to do, be honest about it, because of him I had racoons in my attic for over 3 months, he skates around needed repairs, I had to call the office the other day to see if he still worked there because he does not return calls or emails.
