**Do Not Rent w/ Bridge Homes – EVIL - Major Habitability Issues and Poor Management** I did not know “normal” people could be this evil. This has changed how I see the world and my faith in humanity or basic human decency. Updated Sept 2026. The home was not move in ready and 6 months later repairs are still not fully complete. I received NO credit for refund for the problems. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Read BBB reviews! If I could rate lower than one star, I would. I strongly advise anyone considering Brid... read more
Well I was shocked to see there aren’t any outlets in the living room. The kitchen is contaminated with red & black ants. The lights are so dull you can barely see in the kitchen. The kitchen ceiling is so high we can’t change the lights on our own. My mother birthday was yesterday brought her over bought her cake she didn’t want to cut it last night so I told her I would take it to her today came home the entire cake was covered in ants
I’ve been renting with bridge homes for six months now and I’m very happy with them everything has been great, top tier customer service and care they have made everything so easy, absolutely love the home and location I’m renting at.

I didn't like the application process especially I have two people living with me who do not work, my son has disabilities and can't work and they took all three of our credit scores and average them even though I'm the only one paying rent here and use that as an excuse to charge me a higher deposit I feel like it's unfair. If I ever move out of this house I will probably never use bridge homes again. But they did come and clean up the house before we moved in and fixed a few things.
