Do not Rent with these people. It’s literally like pulling teeth trying to get a response from them! They don’t take any accountability for lack of communication either. Apparently none of the departments know what the other is doing or how to get quick responses.
UPDATE FROM A FORMER TENANT – JUNE 2026 I honestly wish I could say our experience with Bridge Homes improved after the issues described in my original review. It did not. If you read my first review, you already know about the 23 days we spent without air conditioning during a Texas summer, the endless communication failures, the revolving door of HVAC vendors, and the rent concession that was promised but never applied.
