**Do Not Rent w/ Bridge Homes – EVIL - Major Habitability Issues and Poor Management** I did not know “normal” people could be this evil. This has changed how I see the world and my faith in humanity or basic human decency. Updated Aug 2026. The home was not move in ready and 6 months later repairs are still not fully complete. I didn't like the application process especially I have two people living with me who do not work, my son has disabilities and can't work and they took all three of our credit scores and average them even though I'm the only one paying rent here and use that as an excuse to charge me a higher deposit I feel like it's unfair. If I ever move out of this house I will probably never use bridge homes again. But they did come and clean up the house before we moved in and fixed a few things.
Mrs. Watson was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and felt supported throughout the entire process. She answered every question I had—even the ones I hadn’t thought to ask—and made everything easy to understand. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care truly stood out. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service, I highly recommend Mrs. Watson. She was absolutely awesome!
Do not Rent with these people. It’s literally like pulling teeth trying to get a response from them! They don’t take any accountability for lack of communication either. Apparently none of the departments know what the other is doing or how to get quick responses.
