Super fast responses and such an easy process to view homes! The house looks amazing with its modern finishes except a few maintenance issues. Kimani went above and beyond answering all my questions — couldn’t be more thankful!

Overall has been a very positive experience. All question have been answered in a very prompt and timely manner.
Overall the home we have is nice. We are renting this home and we go through maintenance (which is nice) for any home issues. The con to that is Bridge Homes sends out multiple people to simply “look” at what the issue is and they do not actually fix any issues until they’ve sent several people to look at things. We have been told by maintenance that the company is likely looking for the “cheapest” option….. understood & makes sense but it has been a huge inconvenience at multiple different times.
