Worst application process I’ve ever been through. They process applications through Findigs .. for some reason my application was denied. First time was for an outstanding bill of $213 to a utility company from my co applicant.. he was unaware of this bill paid it and my application was still denied for some unknown reason. I alone make 3x rent . I’ve never missed a rent payment in all my years of renting or paid late … So if you have a partner going through credit repair you are screwed!
