Figured since I can’t get through at the Tampa location I’d leave my experience at the Colombia location too. I would give 0 stars if possible. Bridge homes charges a ton of fees, they bill utilities through their own management company 3-6 months behind, charge you a fee for it and bill you 3-6 months worth of utilities at the same time. Electric bill is extremely high and no way to tell they aren’t just billing you whatever they want. The worst application process ever !!!! If I could give less stars I would !!! The agent I worked with told me I was approved asked when I wanted to move in . Just to turn around when close to move in day to tell me I had to switch properties because the property we applied for someone had already moved in the property. This is so unprofessional and unorganized. I just simply asked for refund !!! Save your time and double check when applying through them . We lived for 2 years in one BH property. We moved in, in a hard moment for us, not knowing what was coming by the end of our leasing. The contract itself was kind of weird, starting because we could put the utilities on our name, they put all utilities on 1 bill combined that they sent monthly on our name but the utilities were never on our name. I will never rent with this company again. They asked work a high deposit. At the end of the contract they took thousands of my my deposit without my permission. I painted the house but they still took my money to paint the house by them.
