Lease agreement clear and concise on expectations. Great property manager who is responsive to inquires or request. Maintenance request service can improve with communication and contracted companies. See lapse in service rendering with some contracted companies (I.e. lawn service), which is charged monthly to tenants. Overall, positive experience with Bridge Homes.
These people have no ethic whatsoever.
Figured since I can’t get through at the Tampa location I’d leave my experience at the Colombia location too. I would give 0 stars if possible. Bridge homes charges a ton of fees, they bill utilities through their own management company 3-6 months behind, charge you a fee for it and bill you 3-6 months worth of utilities at the same time. Electric bill is extremely high and no way to tell they aren’t just billing you whatever they want. The worst application process ever !!!! If I could give less stars I would !!! The agent I worked with told me I was approved asked when I wanted to move in . Just to turn around when close to move in day to tell me I had to switch properties because the property we applied for someone had already moved in the property. This is so unprofessional and unorganized. I just simply asked for refund !!! Save your time and double check when applying through them .
