Bridge Homes were very professional from the application process, through the move-in process and up until I left their home. They handles any issue with the house in a professional and timely manner. The portal was very easy to navigate. I would definitely rent from them again.
From the self tour experience all the way to the lease signing, the process has been a breeze. Veronica (ATL office) coordinated the process and has been both cordial and highly responsive to any questions or concerns I’ve brought forward. Understanding what you’re renting and setting realistic expectations is part of the process. The other major factor is working with a team who helps make the process seamless. Based on my personal interactions, I’m impressed!
Roach infested, mold overgrowth, squatters in empty apartments, noise level is very high. Not a safe environment.
Communication could be better.
