Bridge Homes is the worst property management company in the country. They refuse to fix major issues such as water intrusion or mold issues - everything takes MONTHS - and they send the cheapest labor that knows nothing about how to fix anything, so you have to follow up repeatedly to let them know that they haven't fixed it. We have been dealing with a water intrusion and mold issue since day one. We are almost 3 months into our lease with no resolution on the horizon. I would absolutely avoid renting from Bridge Homes if you can help it. While Veronica is polite and does her best, every part of renting with Bridge has been a bit of a nightmare, and as other reviews have pointed out, they require so much more of a tenant than is reasonable. Firstly, there is a strong mold smell in the basement, which we put in a work order for as soon as we moved in. Fantastic service very polite staff
We love the house. The refrigerator has no ice machine. Way did we get a small 2 door refrigerator? And the other homes had nice french door ones. I miss my ice. Have to buy it for a family of 2 is a pain. Sorry to complain. We use alot of ice in this heat wave we are having. Again we love the house. Thank you so much for renting the house to us.
