If there was an option to not click on a single star I would have been more satisfied. I'm incredibly disappointed in the poor communication and LACK of service that this agency offers. When someone is discharged from a medical setting to home the expectation is that the agency not only communicate efficiently but also provide the service they were referred for in a timely manner.
