They gave to me appointment i have proof when which day talked with them and appointment day they said you haven't any appointment and when I show when I talked she said i don't know. İ called the number same office phone ringing and they still said we are only 2 people and we don't know who talked with you.if you are only two worker why nobody take this responsibility and don't accept okay we did wrong !!!! and say apologize... read more

After my wife accidentally missed her appointment on the first occasion we called in and made another appointment.. to make sure we didn't miss, we both put it in our phones on the date we made the appointment. We showed up for a new appointment a half hour early as we were told to to fill out the paperwork. Upon arrival we were told we had no appointment. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like people looking for psychiatric care, especially people with ADHD, should know what my experience has been. First, I want to acknowledge that I did miss my appointment because I overslept. That was my responsibility. I was definitely not happy about having to pay the $25 no-show fee, but I understand that policies exist and I paid the fee so that I could move forward with scheduling my appointment.
