This is the worst title I have worked with in Chattanooga. They have their agents push using them and I have had nothing but issues with the multiple transactions I have done with them. In the last transaction they decided to tell me the day of closing they were going to hold all our proceeds for 10 days. Due to the fact that they messed up and didn’t ask for something signed earlier in the process.
