As a Chicago transplant, I thought there was no such thing as good west coast pizza... until I found Bridge City! OF COURSE they're originally from Chicago! They even cut their slices in classic Chicago squares! Seriously though their pizza is bomb! Great sauce and crispy crust! If you're feeling adventurous, try the sausage and giardiniera combo. The only reason I'm docking them a star is I've had a few delivery issues: forgetting the cans of coke, 2+ hour wait time... In the end, it's totally worth it! 👍

We love the pizza. It is one of the best pizzas in Portland.
We are from Chicagoland area and grew up on italian beef sandwiches and pizza puffs. This was a food sensation down memory lane!!! Absolutely perfect. So glad to have found your place during our visit to Portland. To get the full sensation eat with peppers and plenty of au jus!!
I had an Italian beef sandwich dipped and it was FANTASTIC. Definitely Chicago style beef sandwich.
