I loved my doctor / lab tech here so much, but the staff that run the place often do half of what they were asked to do when given orders from outside providers and their portal / appointment systems are the worst I've experienced. I came here from Kaiser and it feels like going back decades in efficiency and communication. I decided to go elsewhere within 6 months of using them.
My previous psychiatric practitioner left the practice and Kacy has taken over seamlessly. I look forward to fostering my stability and success with Kacy
