I have tried to give this dealer ship many chances but I just have to say no more, 4 years ago I wanted to trade off the wife’s Cherokee in to a grande Cherokee. Took it in they looked at it they offered us 1800 more then what was owing on the old against the new. Great Salesman, no unwanted up-sales, prioritized my wants & advised accordingly. Ask for Travis if you would like a solid sales consultant who actually listens and follows through. Travis in sales assisted me in the purchase of a new 1500. I had worked with multiple sales consultants from other dealerships and he was the best I had worked with. I just wanted to give a huge thank you to all the service staff. I rolled in at noon time in need of an oil change for my 2023 Promaster. It’s not a standard window van, it’s been customized by Jayco so higher, longer and heavier. Honestly I was expecting to be given the sorry, we can’t accommodate your van until….. much later. Instead I was told to return at 2:00 and they would look after me. I returned at 1:30 and by 3:30 my van was all finished. I was honestly in shock. All the staff were immensely friendly and helpful.
