I have tried to give this dealer ship many chances but I just have to say no more, 4 years ago I wanted to trade off the wife’s Cherokee in to a grande Cherokee. Took it in they looked at it they offered us 1800 more then what was owing on the old against the new. The next day the sales guy called oh sorry yea we made a mistake we can only offer you this amount which was 2100 less then what she had owing that’s like 4300 dollars difference Poor sales team so sad.
