I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after my experience at Bridge. I've been attending counseling here for nearly a year, and I wanted to specifically recognize Elizabeth for her diligence, professionalism, and genuine expertise as both a counselor and group facilitator. Elizabeth has been nothing short of exceptional. To date, we've exchanged over 40 emails, and there has not been a single instance where she failed to respond or took longer than an hour or two to reply with thoughtful advice and guidance.... read more
This place is so money hungry. They don’t care about patients, they only see you as a dollar sign. The employee Laurie will literally withhold services and harass the doctors to not see you if you don’t pay the copay. According to their mission, they “deal with collateral problems most substance abusers present with upon admission to our programs (i.e. emotional, FINANCIAL, familial, legal, spiritual, etc).” Laurie’s actions do not align with this mission, she should be fired.
Place just wants to see you fail they won’t advocate for you at all & try to make your life miserable. Do not recommend to anyone. I would’ve been done with my program by now if it wasn’t for them. I’ve been there since March with negative screenings and they refuse to move me up. They complain to you about their “rules” , call you at 8am, email you at 9pm , the whole place is backwards and nothing makes any type of sense. Will NOT be returning when I complete.
I am having a great experience here! I have learn so much from my therapist Stephanie C. about relationships, well being and mental stability in difficult environments. She has done amazing work with us in group therapy and is always emotionally present for one -on one sessions. Front desk is always attentive from my point of view. People need to learn to treat people they way that they want to be treated. Make and effort to pay it forward people!
