I've had a great experience living at Bridge at Heritage Woods so far. It's a quiet, well-maintained community tucked away in a peaceful part of South Austin, but still close to everything-grocery stores, restaurants, and easy access to I-35 and Mopac. The leasing office team has been responsive and kind every time I've had questions or requests. Maintenance has also been prompt when needed, and the grounds are kept clean and green. I genuinely love living in this apartment community. Pros: Our unit is quiet thanks to the thick walls - we never hear our neighbors, which is a huge plus. The space gets plenty of natural light, and we even have a working fireplace, which makes it feel especially cozy. One of my favorite features is the balcony overlooking a small park. The staff here is the friendliest. Jesse was very nice and kind and took the time out of his day to make sure I didn’t need help with anything, as I looked as if I was lost…(me reading an email while walking, lol!). He is very knowledgeable about repairs and maintenance and then went and repaired a neighbors door in my apartment building. They're so cheap. Charged us an extra night when moving out our stuff and wants us to pay for the paint when they told us don't worry about it before? Really liked this place when I first moved but property management is a bit cut throat
