Hussein came to fix a few of the issues we had moving in and he was great! Very fast and helpful! Edit: Updating my review after having lived here for two years. This was a very nice apartment and I enjoyed our time here. However, things started to decline after our first year. The staff in the office is very friendly and understanding, but if there's a problem or issue you have (i.e. gates not working, dog park situations/maintenance) that needs to go through "corporate", you're really at their mercy. The staff and maintenance team are exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful! The place is lovely and well maintained. My few minor issues were addressed quickly. The community seems friendly and welcoming.

I've had a great experience living at Bridge at Heritage Woods so far. It's a quiet, well-maintained community tucked away in a peaceful part of South Austin, but still close to everything-grocery stores, restaurants, and easy access to I-35 and Mopac. The leasing office team has been responsive and kind every time I've had questions or requests. Maintenance has also been prompt when needed, and the grounds are kept clean and green.
