Residents are very nice and helpful
Aslan has helped us out a few times with maintenance request and each time he’s always very helpful, kind and on time. I can count on him to get the job done! Thank you Aslan. My cat also appreciates the pets and love.
Overall, my experience has been decent. I've been in Austin for a while now, and around this area for just as long, so I am familiar with the area (and its flaws). The maintenance crew is top notch here, much better than ANY apartment complex I've lived. That's not an exaggeration. I can put in a request Monday night, and they're here Tuesday morning, always quick and efficient. I love my apartment, it's spacious, quiet, everything I could ask for.
