I've been here for over 3 years. It seems like we're on our third(?) management company in that timeframe, there's a lot of turnover with building staff, and a lot of turnover with tenants (and probably for good reason). Haven’t had AC in 3 months during the peak of summer heat. Picture of the temperature in my living room today at 81 degrees. Have been living like this for months and have yet to receive any compensation and still paying full rent… The Director of the property management company ‘Rose’ doesn’t respond to my emails. Really disapointing experience living here
The staff and views are great; however, I would recommend against any new tenant moving here as the HVAC systems are completely shot. I have had functioning AC for only a few days this summer. After the most recent outage, I have been asking daily for a portable unit to at least give some respite, and the answer is always that they will be by tomorrow to install. I moved in 2 months ago. The location is unbeatable for price. Pet friendly. Old City is amazing.I love the large windows and natural light. They have a state of the art fitness facility , great community room. The rooftop views are awesome. Looking forward to the summer when I can really enjoy it. Property manager and maintenance staff have been super responsive to any needs.Loving it !
Bridge on Race truly offers the best views and amenities in the city! The building is always super clean, and the staff is extremely helpful and supportive with any issues or concerns. Saketa, Vianey, Shannon, Hezekiah, and Kriss have all been amazing always professional, friendly, and quick to assist whenever needed.
