I just signed a lease at Bridford Lake. Diane was excellent to work with in selecting our future home. Bridford Lake is a beautiful community and the Berkley apartment is beautiful and spacious. We are looking forward to living there for a long time.

The staff is very JIM CROW and unprofessional. They speak to African American and Latin American people in a racist tone. The current staff needs to be replaced with people who have attended race sensitivity class. America is a melting pot of diversity however the staff still live in 1916. This apartment community reflects a negative representation of greensboro and the multicultural neighborhoods in the area.
Very quite and neatly kept complex. Friendly neighbors. Everybody minds their own business. Management & all of the workers are great... Love where I live...
It is very lovely , clean , friendly !!
Unbelievable price increase when your renewal comes up. Save yourself from disappointment and find some other complex.
