I had a Deep cleaning today. Walked in Crystal the office Manager, and office lady sitting to the right of Crystal. She spoke. The only thing Crystal did was reach in her snack drawer, and walk about how she had to scream at the dog for pooping on floor. I can see Crystal doing that. I waited until she was finished to ask my question. My question was, is there a permanent Dentist. I saw Dr O, one week came bk 2 weeks different Dentist. That was a concern. The hygienist and the dentist were very friendly. They listened to my concerns and were very helpful in arriving at a good solution.
Brought my son here to get a broken tooth looked at and so far they have gone above and beyond. Crystal has been nothing but helpful, kind and professional the whole time I was waiting. She helped us get insurance stuff fixed fast and efficiently and even though we live in Denton I think we have found our new dentist office. I’ve been to several dentists including mint and by far this office has been the best experience. I highly recommend it.
