Wanted to like this place. And it wasn’t ALL bad. But both times I came in, I wasn’t seen for 45 minutes + . I can tell the receptionist is overworked, but the communication wasn’t clear about what was about to happen or how pay was going to be handled. Sometimes they’d just leave me waiting in the patient room for a while and it seemed no one was aware enough to check on me or at least tell me what was going on. They seemed nice, just overworked and ultimately, disorganized.
If I could give less than one star, I would. My experience with this entire practice has been extremely disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for orthodontic services, only to arrive and find that no orthodontist was available. After taking time out of my day, I was told this location only provides orthodontic services one day a week, which is already very limiting. Ms.Camille made sure I was able to get my cleaning done as well as wire put in for my braces ! If anybody is going to manage the office it should be her at all times! Very professional , very nice , and amazingly skilled with her communication . Thank you Ms.Camille
