Wonderful staff , life changing results im so happy I found them , sad to hear they are closing this location
Wanted to like this place. And it wasn’t ALL bad. But both times I came in, I wasn’t seen for 45 minutes + . I can tell the receptionist is overworked, but the communication wasn’t clear about what was about to happen or how pay was going to be handled. Sometimes they’d just leave me waiting in the patient room for a while and it seemed no one was aware enough to check on me or at least tell me what was going on. They seemed nice, just overworked and ultimately, disorganized.
I got a routine cleaning, with insurance, and received a bill for over 900 dollars. I was not informed ahead of time of this charge. Now I am getting the typical run around from insurance and the dental company. I doubt I will go back to this place.
