I called yesterday made an appt with "call center" which is their over flow whe they don't answer at 3pm today. I was called from the dentist office at 8:25 today to tell me that my appt is being canceled because there is too many ppl to see today. That at 3pm their is alot more. Went two weeks ago and couldn’t be seen due to insurance issues, that was fine. Understandable. Rescheduled for today the 9th she wrote me out an appointment card and everything. Called yesterday to confirm and make sure insurance was set just to find out they never put my new appointment in the system. Okay that’s fine. They said they had an earlier appointment available. I just came back Dental office, Very bad experience never go there they just waste our time staff don’t respond u back if you complain so don’t go there and waste your time there
Had an appointment at 9. One hour delay to get in. After that I got my procedure done and it was a pleasant experience until I got a call today “to collect a debt”. I had paid for everything completely and I’m not done yet. COMPLETELY UNACCEBTABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!
