La atención que han tenido conmigo ha sido espectacular. Son muy minuciosos con cada procedimiento. Muy recomendable.
Well all the bad reviews are confirmed... this place is unprofessional, appointments that are scheduled are not respected at all by secretary..apparently you can show up late 20mins to o the appointment and still be moved before anyone else's appointment..waited almost 1 hour in the waiting area..when I asked the front desk whats the hold up.. she answered.. you'll be called shortly..lol...
Extremely nice and great to work with. I hope they hire more staff to help with the wait times, but I've loved every dentist and staff member I have worked with here!
TLDR: Do not waste your time here, you will end up either being lied to or gaslit. In my case it was both. I made my Appointment to see a periodontist. I called to confirm that appointment, with the same periodontist. I even got the clinic to verify the name of the provider that I will be seeing, because they I didn’t want there to be any miscommunication. I called at least twice, weeks in advance to make sure I had done my part. I get there, and they make all the excuses in the world, saying that I have to get my insurance ... read more
Showed up to appt 30 minutes early, made wait an hour after scheduled time, then dentist can’t fulfill the appt. Most the office walked in after me but seen before me also happened to be the only AA in the building. Not recommended and won’t return.
