I am highly upset at the moment. I feel like my entire morning was wasted due to whoever was working at the call center. Both of the young ladies that work the front desk at both locations was very helpful and polite. But whoever schedule me incorrectly did a poor job. And on top of that, when I call the call center the moment I expressed that I wasn't happy they hung up in my face. A total waste of time the back office that does their business is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.
It was a bit difficult getting an appointment and figuring out insurance but once I was able to get in the following week for a tooth extraction they were very helpful and got me in that day. They also informed me of my payment options including a payment plan or care credit. Kizami I think her name was, was very helpful during and helped me set up a cleaning also!
La atención que han tenido conmigo ha sido espectacular. Son muy minuciosos con cada procedimiento. Muy recomendable.
Well all the bad reviews are confirmed... this place is unprofessional, appointments that are scheduled are not respected at all by secretary..apparently you can show up late 20mins to o the appointment and still be moved before anyone else's appointment..waited almost 1 hour in the waiting area..when I asked the front desk whats the hold up.. she answered.. you'll be called shortly..lol...
Extremely nice and great to work with. I hope they hire more staff to help with the wait times, but I've loved every dentist and staff member I have worked with here!
