There should really be an option for ZERO because at this point, that's all they deserve. The orthodontist is probably the only person at this office that knows anything. My daughter got braces here almost 3 years ago and I swear every time we go in for an appointment, something always happens. Last time, they scheduled her appt at the Austin Hwy location on a day there was NO orthodontist! The next appt was so overbooked, it took 4 hours for an adjustment! They’re all nice!!
Terrible place they ruined my daughters teeth And whenever we had a appointment they were never open and the staff was so rude and the lady that did my daughters teeth did them completely wrong and so now we have a new dentist and he’s saying she will have to have jaw surgery do NOT come here.
If I could give this review a ZERO I most DEFINITELY would! I currently have braces through their Orthodontics and have two broken brackets. One on my right and one my left. I have been trying to get in as an emergency visit because I CANNOT eat. Not only can I NOT get an emergency Dr. to call me back, but I CANNOT even get an appointment made. I don't know how me not being able to eat is not an emergency. I wouldn't recommend using them for NOTHING! I call the "Emergency" number and it's not an "Emergency" line. In order to... read more
