Have used Bride Smart many times, for my wedding, church thing and personal uses. They have always been very helpful and did just what I asked for.
I renewed my vowels in October and they were great my dress was perfect my cousins dress was perfect and vest that I ordered were also perfect!! Didn't have any problems with alterations or anything that had to be done!! Everyone was soooooo nice!!! So Glad I went to Brides Smart!!
Best service I've ever had! My decorations were beautiful, the service was outstanding! Nothing went wrong on my wedding day because they made sure everything stayed in order and on-time. Best investment when it comes to ur big day ❤❤
Will never ever step foot in that store ever again,they have very poor service and try to wing you out of more money!! Got our stuff there for daughter's wedding a worker put her in the wrong size dress then busted it expected her to pay for it that's bs went got her veil and they exchanged her daughter's shoes for a pair that had already been worn those shoes stunk plus they were a size 12 when my granddaughter wears a size 8!! plus my dress fit me perfect the first 2 times I tried it on now after it got altered it fits ver... read more
Of the 6 dresses us bridesmaids ordered here 2 had their straps break the day of the wedding, 3 dresses barely fit, even though we were all fitted for the last time days before the wedding, the back panel fell out of my dress because when I went to the last fitting the seamstress didn't want to extend it to me to just lace it up without snapping it, some of the ladies had to throw a fit because the dresses weren't going to be ready in time for the wedding.
