Micaela is the owner of Bride and Bustle and was so amazing to work with. I actually traveled five hours to come to her shop because of her dress curation, and it was completely worth it. She has incredible taste and a really thoughtful selection of designers and styles. She was supportive every step of the way, never pushy, and genuinely wanted me to find the right dress. From the second we walked in Makayla..was so helpful we came after visiting weeding dresses shopes all around LA San Jose Santa Clara and more. This store the manager so professional and kind .was available for us at anytime. Offered us drinks and snacks. This store don't have a limit to how may dresses you can try.we meet a girl that came from Santa Barbara to this store. Big collection and sizes . Highly recommend

I Purchased my dress there today! This was about the 8th bridal shop I went to Makayla went out of her way to help me. I tried on several dresses at the shop, and explained to Makayla what I was looking for, she showed me some additional dresses that were part of a spring collection and did not arrive yet to the shop. I let her know which one I was interested in trying on. We really had high expectations for this bridal shop. Especially, because it was located in Los Gatos. The first thing we noticed was the strong cigarette smell in the shop. Not to mention, that our appointment was pushed out 15 minutes. The owner didn’t seem very professional at all, and actually it seemed that she was on some kind of substance. I was so excited to have a bridal appointment here, I flew in from out of town and was with my girlfriends and nobody showed up… we waited 25 mins and called and left a message. Very upsetting and disappointing to have everyone come from all across the bay to be stood up.
