We really had high expectations for this bridal shop. Especially, because it was located in Los Gatos. The first thing we noticed was the strong cigarette smell in the shop. Not to mention, that our appointment was pushed out 15 minutes. The owner didn’t seem very professional at all, and actually it seemed that she was on some kind of substance. I was so excited to have a bridal appointment here, I flew in from out of town and was with my girlfriends and nobody showed up… we waited 25 mins and called and left a message. Very upsetting and disappointing to have everyone come from all across the bay to be stood up.
We arrived at the location after speaking with her, where she instructed us to come at 1:00 PM and assured us she'd be there until 7:00 PM. We got there at 1:30 PM, only to find a sign saying "she'll return soon." We waited for half an hour before calling her more than five times, but she didn't answer. After over an hour of waiting, our patience wore thin, and we left. Mikayla is incredible. She has a great attention to detail, she is very empathetic and really helps you find your dream dress without rushing you. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
Best bridal shop in the Bay Area hands down! 10/10.. staff couldn’t be more friendly and they are experts at what they do.. if you don’t find your dress, you will learn so much.. dresses are stunning and the store couldn’t be cuter. Must visit if you are getting married!
