Mikayla is incredible. She has a great attention to detail, she is very empathetic and really helps you find your dream dress without rushing you. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
Best bridal shop in the Bay Area hands down! 10/10.. staff couldn’t be more friendly and they are experts at what they do.. if you don’t find your dress, you will learn so much.. dresses are stunning and the store couldn’t be cuter. Must visit if you are getting married!
My sister lives close by and told me about this "cute spot" - this boutique was super cute however.... PROs: -CUTE swing and decor -Beautiful large mirror -Sales girl was super cute and nice Cons: -Small dressing room -Small selection -DIRTY GOWNS! -Sales person was on her phone in between dresses and didn't even help fluff my train until asked to -Sales person didn't pull any options for me to try on, my sister and I chose everything -Appt was less than 40 mins and was $50! Do not trust the posted hours of operation - this store is rarely, if ever, open. After years of walking past this lovely store and window shopping, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, Bride & Bustle proved to be a frustrating disappointment at just about every step of the way. During my dress appointment, several of the accesories we looked at to buy were either damaged or out of stock, but still on display.
