Had an absolutely AMAZING experience... Which after the first place I went I didn't think was possible. I had an idea of what I wanted but was open to trying different things- the lady helping me listened to this but also found things that would look good with my body- as is the case many times I ended up getting a dress I didn't think I would like! Wanted to get a dress altered, they refused to help (wasn't bought there) they where rude..(2nd time this has happened) now we are wedding dress shopping and we will not be going to this shop..They need to be nice to everyone that walks in the door, you never know who your next client will be. Took the dress home and with a needle and thread fixed it myself thats how easy it would have been to alter.

Debbie, we are sorry to have offended you in declining to alter a gown that wasn't purchased here. Our seamstresses are working 10 & 12 hours a day to get our clients ready for their special day. Most importantly, our insurance policies do not offer coverage on gowns we haven't sold as we are unable to replace them in the event of an unforeseen damage while storing your gown. Even though i dod not find my dress at this store. I ordered it through them. They are so nice and knowledgable and i was very happy. The price couldnt be beat either. Thank you!
If the Bride doesn't get her dress there, they treat you differently! They don't refund on a dress order that never got processed! ( Mother of the Bride dress).
Horrible service. Came her last year for a dress and decided to go elsewhere. Couldn't look at dresses myself. The sales girl while nice picked dresses she liked and not at all what I was wanting or showing her. My mom then ordered a MOB dress there and changed her mind. This was a year ago and Sandra's refuses to give my mom a refund. They are only offering her store credit. Which we don't want or need. She just wants her almost $300 back.
