Very helpful and Brianna picked out exactly the kind of dresses that I was looking for and found my perfect wedding dream dress!!
They helped me customize a dress to be exactly what I wanted. The owner is so sweet and great to work with. Very cute bridal shop. Would recommend!
One of the rudest customer service experiences I have encountered. Specifically the front desk. Have dealt with the front desk multiple times over the phone and in person over the last few months for a wedding. I am out of state and found it impossible to get easy and respectful answers when calling. During my fitting the seamstress was the only pleasant person I encountered.

The customer service was terrible. It was pretty much, help yourself. I bought my wedding dress their forty some years ago, not the same, sad.
Everyone here is very knowledgable about dress styles and accessories. They go out of their way to help you with everything. I would recommend any bride to come here!
