Dress came in 2 months after they said it would.
RecommendedBridal Traditions is a top notch bridal shop! The inventory and customer service provided was outstanding from the first appointment through alterations. I am beyond ecstatic with the results and whole experience.
When I first tried on the dress I actually went with I absolutely LOVED it! It was so stunning! However, I wasn’t very fond of having a zipper and much rather had a corset instead. I was told that this was okay and that the designer can make the dress with a corset OR a zipper. I also wanted to add some extra boning to the bustier to accentuate my curves that I love so much! I wish you could rewear your wedding dress... thank you for helping me find a dress that was perfectly me. Brandy is an amazing consultant and we enjoyed every bit of the experience of finding THE dress! Great selection of dresses within a reasonable price range and such inviting staff!
Kelly was wonderful and the seamstress was amazing! They wanted to see a picture today the treehouse so here it is!
I purchased my wedding dress and we got all of our tuxes through Bridal Traditions for our wedding this past month. I have zero complaints. Their service was extraordinary. Staff went above and beyond with making sure tuxes were fitting just right. I would HIGHLY recommend my seamstress I used there (Kim) who did everything (including altering my dress 2 times the week of the wedding) to ensure my dress looked perfect. She was absolutely amazing to work with!

Bridal Traditions while they have a beautiful dress selection does not provide good customer service. My best friend got married, and we got our bridesmaids dresses from there. After speaking with all the bridesmaids, we all shared similar poor interactions with the staff, and seamstress Penny. Penny was sassy, and rude during fittings, and spoke negatively about the brides choice of dress, color, and addition of a slit to the gown. Everytime I go in, they are very helpful. They are not pushy at all, which is a huge plus when wedding dress shopping. Molly was my consultant and she was fantastic. Very sweet and nice, and helped me find everything I needed. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
