It’s about 80 degrees in there and then they put you in front of tons of hot lightbulbs = sweaty brides. On top of that you need to be a size 6 or smaller or a size 18+ if you want to try anything on. It was very discouraging and made me very uncomfortable and self conscious- not what I expected to feel like shopping for my dream dress.

Every staff member I have met there has been so nice and helpful! I found my dream wedding dress and Kim did an incredible job with my alterations! It was so convenient to have the alterations at the same place for a great price. I can't wait to wear my stunning dress, thank you all so much!!
Had several issues with customer service, also half of my bridesmaids dresses arrived with defects and bridesmaids were told they had to pay to fix these defects.
My dress was absolutely amazing! I received so many compliments on my wedding day and I felt beautiful in this gown. Bridal traditions was very easy to work with and everything went smoothly throughout the dress process! Thank you!! ♥️
